The Pinewood Derby is one of the major events in our Pack calendar and is also our biggest fundraiser of the year. In addition to the Pinewood Derby Sponsorships we will have a concession table with pizza, snacks, drinks, and assorted baked goods to purchase. The Pack will handle the pizza, but we are asking for Pack families to donate the other items or volunteer your time.
Use Signup Genius to indicate your intent to race and share the name of your car if you have one.
Step 1: Register with the pack HERE! You will pay the National and Chester County Council membership fees when you register. If you were a scout with Pack 231 last year, see Returning Scouts section below.
Step 2: Complete the signup for the New Scouts slot to pay your Pack dues of $85. See the FAQ below to see what is covered under Pack dues.
Returning Scouts (if you renewed directly with Council):
Step 1: Renew your registration with the email sent to you from council. You will pay the National and Chester County Council membership fees when you register.
Step 2: Complete the signup for the Returning Scouts (renewed with council) slot below to pay your Pack dues of $85. See the FAQ below to see what is covered under Pack dues.
Returning Scouts (if you want the Pack to renew you with Council):
Complete the signup for a Returning Scout slot within. Both options include your Pack dues ($85) as well as the Pack membership renewal fees for National ($85) and Chester County Council ($70). Option 1 includes a year subscription for Scout Life ($15) while Option 2 does not include Scout Life. You do not need to renew on the Chester County Council website. Just checkout below and you're all set.
Our annual Fall Camp Out at Camp Ware in Peach Bottom PA is right around the corner! We are beginning to collect registrations now. If you plan to attend this year's trip, please send an email to camping@231cubs.com with number and people attending . Then complete the attached registration and health forms and mail it to our camping coordinator as specified, or bring it to the September Pack Meeting. Click read more below...

Advancement Night draws near at Oakbourne Park on Wednesday, May 20 at 6:30pm. Come join us as your Cub Scout celebrates advancing rank after all the hard work this year.
By the light of a campfire, with some traditional stories, your Cub Scout will receive his or her new rank badge (Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear or Webelos). Your Cub will also begin a new journey for their next rank.
